Cape Quran Academia offers a comprehensive Integrated Quran and Academic Programme
starting from Grade 0 –5.
All parents will be issued with the guidelines of the techniques of Shaykh Yahya al Ghawthany.
The basis of our curriculum is structured around the temperaments of the learners.
Different aids will be used to facilitate the learner to reach his/her full potential.

OBJECTIVES :

GRADES 0 – R (EDUCARE)
 Montessori based and CAPS Educare for early years:
 To provide a carefully planned, stimulating environment for the young children to flourish.
 To nurture a deep love for Islam, it’s Prophet (peace be upon him), the Quran, its recitation,
memorisation and its universal message.
 To employ the rote-method approach (non-textual)
 To prepare the child to be Quran ready (recite from the text) by the age of 6 years.
 To employ the phonetical method approach of introducing the Arabic alphabet—sound first
then name of the letter.
 Quran / Academic ratio 50:50

GRADE 1 – 5
 The focus of this Institute is to instill in our learners: love for the Quran; inculcate self – discipline
and respect.
 The Combined Islamic Studies and Academic Programme seeks to develop the core competency areas in education for the Hafith learner to be nurtured and holistically developed to attain a skill set to be
reintegrated into the mainstream school system.
