Admissions

Learners will be admitted to the Institute from the reception year; Grade 0 (3 years turning 4 in the same year), without reference to ability or aptitude. A learner coming from a Hifth only school will be assessed for placement into a particular grade.Admission will be granted to learners and parents who share the same value system and ethos as this institute.
N.B. Our Institute adheres to the teachings of the Maaliki Mathab with regards to the reading of the Holy Quran during hayd. According to Imam Maalik(R.A)this is allowed for learning purposes.

Admission Process
Application for Admission forms to be completed by parents or guardians only.

Parents /Guardians must sign the Declaration and Code of Conduct for learners as acceptance thereof.

Both learner and parents/guardians will be called in for an interview with the
Management team.

Parents /guardians will be notified telephonically and electronically the feedback of the interview.

Thereafter an acceptance letter will be issued which will inform the parents/ guardians of the following; all outstanding documentation and placement fee to be made.

Learners must be at school at least 5minutes before the ringing of the 1st bell.
Late coming and truancy shall under no circumstances be tolerated.
Monday – Thursday
08:05 – 1st bell
08:10 – 2nd bell
8:15 – start of assembly
12:30 – Grade 00 – R Dismiss
13:25 – Grade 1 – 2 Dismiss
14:20 – Grade 3 – 4 Dismiss
Fridays
11:30 –All grades Dismiss
It is imperative for the learners to be punctual. The assembly plays a crucial part of the day as this is when the dua for memorisation gets recited; a daily Naseeghah and other important notices will also be broadcasted in this slot.
Learners must be fetched on time. Aftercare facilities between 13:25 -14:20 will be available at an extra fee.
